Do you find the planning process to be difficult? You’ll see how easy it is to plan everything with us from the moment you book.
You’ll automatically get enrolled in our smartphone app, putting the planning process right into your back pocket. No matter what type of event you’re planning, you can plan your music (any song you find on Apple Music, Spotify, or YouTube, or import a playlist you already started), build your timeline, and ask/answer questions, right from the palm of your hand.
You can invite friends, family or colleagues to download our app and help you plan, too. And when the big day comes, we accept music requests from your guests, from our touchscreen song request kiosk or sent right from their smart devices. Collaborative and Connected.

Expedited Setup/Teardown covers when the minimum setup/teardown times for each respective package cannot be accommodated by your venue.
The Limited Accessibility Surcharge covers when there is no elevator or wheelchair ramp for loading/unloading to venue spaces that are not on the ground floor.

Which package suits your needs?
Our DJ/MC services are a huge leap forward, combining state-of-the-art A/V and lighting equipment with the incredible personality that our team of specialists will bring to your events—All in simple and affordable packages to choose from.
The Hartford is our ground-floor package, including four DJ/MC performance hours (additional time @$149/hr), setup/teardown for all fully-accessible venues, and mileage to/from all in-state venues. The Stonington, Greenwich, and New Haven include everything The Hartford has, plus more.
Remember that if you don’t feel attached to a particular inclusion in your favorite package, we can possibly swap it out for something else you like! Just ask us. It doesn’t hurt.
Is Ceremony Sound Really Essential for Weddings?
Outdoor weddings benefit in a huge way from ceremony sound systems. We consider it a necessity to ensure that your guests can hear everything perfectly during your wedding, and that neither your vows nor your officiant’s pronouncement can be drowned out by ambient noises of nature or the nearby roadway.

We’ll work with your music taste to tailor a custom music library that fits you. Sound system design that gives the bump you want the bass to have, and mids/highs with the clarity you’d expect from professional grade equipment (and operators). We’ll provide custom light shows on the dance floor that help get the groove going, and stay in perfect sync with every song track: We’ll provide uplighting that paints the walls with vivid, luscious color. We’ll MC in a way that’s proper for your occasion: Never dull and boring, but never upstaging you either; Funny, but never corny; Creative, and personable.
